SET Asia telecasts Indian Idol 3- The Grand Galas: “Ab Bharat Chunega Bharat Ki Shaan”


SET Asia ’s Indian Idol 3 aims to present the best singing talent across the nation in the most entertaining and involving manner. Indian Idol has moved on to its most exciting phase of the internationally famous format with its gala rounds. It is a do or die situation for the 13 contestants of Indian Idol 3 as they will have to perform their best so as to win the votes of the audience in order to move into the next round. While you can watch the top 13 contestants performing on Thursdays and Fridays, the results will be shown on Saturdays.

Good news for the entire viewer’s of Indian Idol, taking into consideration the public demand for the show from July onwards Indian Idol will be telecast 3 days a week ie Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 9:00pm only on Sony Entertainment Television Asia. The gala round of Indian idol 3 promises its viewers never-seen-before entertainment and a viewing experience which the viewers cannot forget. The contestants of Indian Idol 3 gave a mind-blowing performance on the first day of the gala round. The participants rocked the show by giving a great performance with the song jhoom barabar jhoom. All the contestants tried their best to impress the judges as well as the viewer’s by giving a spectacular performance.

Hussein showed a newspaper hesdline which stated that “3 kids ran away from home with RS, 40,000 to participate in Indian Idol. The host asked the judges that who according to them deserved to be the next Indian Idol. Alisha thought it would be Deepali, according to Javed it would be Emon and Abhishek was the choice of Annu Mallik. After the performance of all the contestants the judges were given eight seconds to tell whose performance has impressed them the most. Ankita was the choice of Javed, for Udit it was Prashant, Annu Mallik was impressed with the performance of Emon and Amit succeded in impressing Alisha. Now it is time for the audience to decide on who will go to the next round. The voting line will be open from Friday 9:00 pm to Saturday 8:00 am.
